Moreover, this penalty is in accordance with Notification No. 437-PAR(WBCS-) dated 27th February 2014.

- SC and ST candidates may receive up to 5 years of age relaxation
- Furthermore, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates are eligible for a 3-year relaxation.
