What is the marking scheme for CSIR CASE Paper II?
The CSIR CASE Paper 2 consists of 200 questions focusing on General Intelligence, Reasoning, and Mental Ability. Each question holds a value of 1 mark, and an incorrect answer incurs a deduction of 0.33 marks.
What is the exam structure of CSIR CASE?
The CSIR CASE exam pattern is outlined below:
- Every paper will be bilingual (English & Hindi) except for the English Language Part of Paper – I, which will be solely in English.
- CSIR CASE Paper I encompasses three subjects and holds a total of 150 marks. The duration allotted for Paper I is 120 minutes.
- Paper II comprises two subjects and has a maximum achievable score of 200. The duration for Paper II spans 150 minutes.
- Finally, Paper III is of a descriptive nature with a maximum score of 150. Paper III will be conducted within a timeframe of 120 minutes.
What is the selection procedure for CSIR CAS?
The sequence will consist of Paper I, followed by Paper II and Paper III, followed by an Interview round. Ultimately, a Computer Proficiency Test will be conducted.
